A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Olivia Kayler earned a bachelor of arts in communication with a minor in psychology. Named a Watson Scholar in Education, she received the Donald R. Watson Merit Scholarship, an honor awarded to students based on leadership and academic merit. Olivia Kayler also acquired a certificate in negotiation strategies from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and completed six months of executive-leadership training at the Queens University of Charlotte.

Since 2018, Kayler has served as the regional sales director for Premium 2000+ Warranty, where she provides extended warranty solutions for commercial truck dealers. Previously, she gained experience as a sales representative with the National Basketball Association Charlotte Hornets, the Major League Baseball Miami Marlins’ AAA team, and the Minor League Baseball Charlotte Knights. She also functioned as the director of sales and marketing for the United Soccer League Wilmington Hammerheads.

A member of the professional-development organization Colorado Technology Sales Professionals, Olivia Kayler belongs to other groups such as the Used Truck Association and the Women In Trucking Association. Further, she is a former appointed board member for the United Way’s Big Buddy Program and a program director for Panera Bread’s partnership with Harvest Kitchen.
